Hello World

Hello World! I think the fair thing to do since I'm new to this is to formally introduce before I start venting about my life. I mean what does it look like when I'm ranting and raving about stuff and you don't even know my name. Sooooo in that case, let me give you the basics and keep it moving...j/k :-).

Anywho...my name is Ashley aka Bubbles, and I'm a freshman at Howard University. Ok enough of the boring stuff.

My suitemate Wendi introduced me to this blogging thing and so far is kinda fun...thanks Wendi! By the way shoutout to Brownskinlady - who happens to be my roommate as well.

So yesterday I went to a Gospel concert at my school. The singing was great - but then again the singing is always great. Any ways, after the singing portion of the service, there was an altar call and prayer. The spirit was definitely there last night and I'm glad that I went. I know that God has a purpose for my life and I'm still struggling to figure out what it is but in due time, God will show me. Emotions were kind of high last night but I know that God is working it out for me. The service definitely helped as I wind down the semester and head into finals.
